North American speciality retailer Chico’s FAS has partnered with e-commerce solutions provider CashStar to launch an enhanced consumer gift card e-commerce programme.
The new programme will be powered by CashStar Consumer.
Chico’s FAS executive vice-president and chief information officer Ann Joyce said: “At Chico’s FAS, we consistently look for ways to improve the customer experience in this evolving digital environment and make it as seamless as possible.

By partnering with CashStar, Chico’s FAS intends to expand the gift card segment of its business, and also help them meet consumer expectations as digital technology evolves.
CashStar develops merchant solutions for gift card e-commerce, supporting multiple touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
