Digital Alliance Holdings has reached an agreement for the private placement of 1,000 shares of its common stock to Future Venture Capital.

Digital Alliance Holdings is an online retailer, whereas Future Venture Capital is a venture capital firm, and both the companies are based in Japan.

Indonesian online marketplace Tinkerlust has secured funding in a pre-series A round, with the aim of investing in engineering and product development teams.

Led by Indonesian entity Merah Putih, the funding round also included participation from Danny Oei Wirianto.

China-based supermarket operator Letus Legend has secured $30m in a series A funding round.

The funding was provided by venture capital firm Sequoia Capital China.
