American kids clothing and toys retailer Toys”R”Us has returned to the US with a new retail store in New Jersey.
The toy chain has re-emerged after going into an insolvency state for more than a year. Established in January, the new company Tru Kids is the parent of Toys”R”Us, Babies”R”Us, and Geoffrey the Giraffe brands.
The new Toys”R”Us store is located at the Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus. The stores will feature more than 40 brands, including Hasbro, The LEGO Group, Melissa & Doug, MGA Entertainment and Spin Master.
Toys”R”Us also features open event space Play-A-Round Theater to allow kids and adults to play and learn together.
The store’s team of skilled sales associates, Play Pro, will be available to assist customers with product discovery, in-store purchases, as well as online orders.
Tru Kids CEO Richard Barry said: “Toys”R”Us is built into the fabric of childhood and for more than 70 years has been the most trusted source for toys and play.
