Future Retail has announced its plans to acquire the retail and allied businesses of Heritage Foods for Rs3bn ($44.86m).
Future Retail is an operator of multiple retail formats, including Big Bazaar, fbb and eZone, while Heritage Foods is a dairy products provider.
