Supply chain digitisation and automation company OmPrompt has expanded its EDIConnect solution into the UK retailer market.

The expansion of EDIConnect will further complement the company’s suite of smart automation solutions that also include full automation with ZeroTouch, as well as cognitive automation with Teach&Learn.

With the new solution in place, OmPrompt clients with an existing connection to the platform can now quickly connect to selected UK retailers.

OmPrompt CSO Steve Luscombe said: “Growing our EDI managed service offering in the UK retail sector means we can now offer FMCG suppliers a complete pre-configured EDI solution covering all the major UK food retailers.”

The solution will allow clients to connect with companies such as Aldi, ASDA, Marks and Spencer, Tesco and Waitrose.
