Apparel retailer Primark is set expand its US store footprint with the signing of three new store lease agreements in the states of South Carolina, Texas and Georgia.

The new outlets will be located at Haywood Mall in Greenville, South Carolina, at The Parks Mall at Arlington, Texas, and at Augusta Mall in Augusta, Georgia.

The three locations will span a total retail area of 96,400ft² .

Primark is making its debut in South Carolina and Georgia, and expanding its presence in Texas, where it opened the state’s first store in late 2024.

The new shops will stock the brand’s fashion range, everyday essentials, homewares and beauty products.

Primark US president Kevin Tulip stated: “We are proud to introduce Primark to South Carolina and Georgia for the first time, while also strengthening our presence in Texas.

“These expansions reflect our commitment to bringing Primark’s unique combination of style, quality and affordability, to even more shoppers in the US.

“We look forward to becoming part of these communities and providing families with a wide selection of fashion, beauty and accessories at unbeatable value.”

With 450 stores globally, Primark has more than 80,000 employees across 17 countries in Europe and in the US.

In March 2025, the retailer announced its plan to open its second store in Virginia at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge on 10 April 2025. The 32,000ft² location will stock fashion pieces, household goods and beauty products.

Potomac Mills will be Primark’s 30th location in the US, where it now has a footprint 12 states.
