The collaboration is set to revolutionise the in-store experience across The Fresh Market’s network of 166 locations nationwide and signifies the inaugural deployment of Vusion 360 tech solutions in North America.
The technology suite, encompassing digital shelf labels, the VusionCloud platform, Captana’s advanced computer vision and AI technology, and memory store analytics, will enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
Advanced multicolour electronic shelf labels, managed remotely via VusionCloud, will facilitate instantaneous price updates.
These labels are equipped with flashing LEDs to assist store associates with efficient order picking for online purchases and stock replenishment.
The Captana tech will be implemented storewide, bolstering the capabilities of staff members by ensuring continuous product availability.
