Mexican toy retailer Grupo Juguetron has formed a strategic partnership with RELEX Solutions to improve its operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
The alliance aims to enhance the company’s supply chain operations by integrating advanced demand forecasting and inventory replenishment technologies.

RELEX’s systems will be implemented across Juguetron’s large distribution centre and many retail locations. The retailer has a network of more than 114 outlets in 28 Mexican states.
The initiative will streamline supply chain processes, facilitating more effective promotional planning and accommodating the fluctuating demands associated with seasonal trends.
